Food Adventure is the lead partner in Wales for this innovative Welsh/Cameroon initiative. We are proud to work in partnership with Cardiff Metropolitan University and its Zero2Five Food Industry Centre, Welsh artisan food producers, smallholders and the Ministry of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Handicrafts and Social Economy in Cameroon.
The aim of the project is to share learning between the countries to support Micro and Small and medium enterprises in the food processing industry to develop businesses which provide sustainable livelihoods, produce foods which are healthy, nutritious and safe, and are sustainable for the environment, their communities and culture.

Dschang Hot Sauce
We went to Cameroon with Angharad, founder of the award winning The Preservation Society to give workshops on preserving fruit and veg! Angharad fell in love with the hot sauce. As soon as she came home, she developed a recipe to recapture the sauce. In this video she shares her recipe and shows you how to process it so it will keep for years in a jar. Pickled Watermelon.
